From the surface all the way to the edge. And with radii that cover a 360° rotation and a cutting angle adjustment of up to 90°. Ergonomic

The rotary handle with 360° rotation enables flexible adaptation to the process in question. The workpiece can be machined from all sides without having to be re-tensioned.

Gentle to materials

The pads are made from soft, flexible plastic and are suitable for clamping sensitive surfaces without causing damage.

Efficient

The 90° tilt lever on the clamping unit allows you to machine both the edge and the surface of the workpiece.

Convenient

By using the FastFix pad change system, you can change between the different vacuum pads quickly and without tools. There are four pad sizes for different work-pieces.

Reliable

The vacuum pad can be ventilated via the foot valve. Both hands remain securely and safely on the workpiece.

Individual

The slide valve can be used to select the desired clamping method: Secure the unit to the work surface via the vacuum or use screws and clamps.

Manageable

Clearly visible vacuum gauge for complete control of the clamping process.

Powerful

The vacuum pump secures the workpiece in seconds. Each clamping unit can safely secure a workpiece weighing up to 30 kg.

Optional extension

For machining large work-pieces, simply attach clamping unit 2 to clamping unit 1, the foot valve and the vacuum pump.
