For cross boarder deliveries please…
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O Boxes or the Post Office; please provide a physical street address. Thank you.
We no longer use the Post Office due to the unacceptable level of strikes that occurred in 2014. As a result we
have reduced our outlying courier costs to accommodate our customers who previously used the Post Office.
We cannot give a time when the courier driver will arrive to deliver your parcel. There are so many factors which influence the delivery time traffic, delays at a previous stop or technical a technical problem. Delivery will take place between business hours 08H00 – 16H00. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
Yes. You will receive a shipping email which will include a waybill number and a link to track your parcel online.
All our parcel delivers are done via third-party courier companies. This means that we cannot affect the operations of the third-party company. Unfortunately parcel delays do and will happen, however we follow up with the respective service providers immediately.
Please do not contact the courier company to enquire about your parcel. We have a dedicated customer service agent from the courier company assigned to us who will follow up all our delayed parcels.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow-up with the courier company. Simply place your Order Number with “Delayed” in the subject line and send it through to us.
We do courier gas nationally. Due to regulation however, gas and any parcel containing gas goods will not be put on overnight courier (air freight in instances, but will only be road freighted which will result in a slightly slower delivery time.
