If you’re adding shelf pin holes to an existing piece of furniture or building shelves from scratch, the Shelf Pin Jig is the perfect tool for the job. Unlike other shelf pin guides, the Kreg Shelf Pin Jig features hardened-steel drill guides that ensure precise and straight drilling, so you’ll get level, wobble-free shelves.

The Shelf Pin Jig also includes a dual-position, adjustable fence for custom hole placement, a locating pin for quick and accurate spacing reference, a jig extender that lets you connect multiple Shelf Pin Jigs together for high-speed production work, and an ultra-sharp 5mm brad-point bit with depth collar that can be stored on the bottom side of the Shelf Pin Jig when not in use.

Tool-Free Quick-Switch Fence
The built-in Quick-Switch Fence allows you to set your pin holes 1″ (25mm) or 2″ (50mm) from the edges of your project. The fence can be easily removed and switched to the other side of the jig, or removed completely when you need to work inside a confined space.

Standard Hole Size and Spacing
Kreg hardened-steel drill guides are centered on standard 32mm spacing. The jig comes complete with a 5mm drill bit that fits commonly available shelf-pins. A 1/4″ (6mm) drill bit is also available separately.
