Numerous attachments solve the most difficult applications, perfect even for narrow spaces or corners. Fast tool change is ensured by the FastFix interface and the CENTROTEC system. Clever details such as the bit depot, the light control and the lid compartment systainer³ make the CXS 18 a compact powerhouse with practical optional equipment.

Short form

With a length of 15.6 cm and a height of 20.6 cm (including 3.0 Ah battery), the CXS 18 achieves an extreme degree of compactness.

All the advantages of 18 V

Compactness combined with 18 V battery compatibility. Ideal for all operations with screws up to 6 mm. All 18V lithium-ion batteries can be used with the CXS 18 (except the Ergo battery).

Impressive performance

The CXS 18 also provides convincing performance with Forstner drills up to 35 mm and screws up to 6×240 mm in softwood.

Optimal lighting

The integrated LED lamp allows you to work precisely even in dark corners. Simply choose with the dial between continuous lighting, lighting after switching off or deactivated LED lamp. Additionally, the brightness and duration of illumination after switching off can be customized using the Work app.

Always at hand

It goes with you everywhere and allows you to use both hands when you need it: the belt clip, which can be mounted for right-handed and left-handed people.

Smart settings with the Work app

Simple configuration of right/left switching. Control of the LED lamp for adjusting the brightness, the lighting duration after switching off and the continuous lighting duration. Easily possible with a Bluetooth® battery and using the Festool Work app.

Bits always at hand

The practical bit holder integrated into the device can accommodate several bits, which are protected by a magnet from falling out.

CENTROTEC chuck – to move up a gear on the job site

For ultra-quick changeover between drilling, chamfering and screwdriving: the CENTROTEC chuck, which has proven itself since 2001, is both a drill chuck and a bit holder. For the use of multiple CENTROTEC accessories. However, it is half the size and 80% lighter than standard drill chucks: a true Festool invention, and therefore a guarantee of typical Festool quality.

Wide choice of accessories and perfect system compatibility

Thanks to the FastFix connection, all bits of current 18 V screwdrivers are compatible with the CXS 18. No other compact screwdriver offers such varied possibilities of use!

At ease, even when cramped

The corner drive is ideal for screwdriving in corners and for reaching screws hidden in tight corners. In narrow areas, it is also possible to attach the bits directly to the spindle.

Drill chuck for standard tools

The drill chuck with a standard diameter of 10 mm maximum is always supplied. For all tools with a cylindrical shank. Tool-free assembly thanks to the FastFix connection.

All Festool tools carry a standard 1-year warranty. Receive an additional 2-year warranty upon tool Registration.

If you would like to return a product for a warranty claim or repair (transport for the account of customer) please email us (info@topdogtoolshop.co.za) and include your order number and details of the issues you have experienced.
