Powerful 4-in-1 solution

For the very first time, a single tool can be used for coarse sanding, fine sanding, polishing and delta sanding. Reduced initial costs, maximum flexibility and a larger range of applications. Greater efficiency and time savings at the construction or assembly site.

Coarse sanding

Maximum material removal with the ROTEX rotary motion: The displaced eccentric/rotational motion removes large quantities of material in no time at all.

Fine sanding

The classic eccentric motion for intermediate and fine sanding. Extra-fine sanding finish, excellent surface quality.

Corners

A world first: The StickFix sanding pad transforms the ROTEX into a triangle sander. Maximum material removal capacity on small surfaces with angles, corners and edges.

Polishing

The ROTEX rotary motion combined with Festool polishes and polishing sponges produce gleaming results without heating the surface significantly.

Removes up to three times more material

The high -performance ROTEX motor and the combination of eccentric and rotary motion removes significantly more material than a conventional random orbit sander. Durable eccentric bearings extend the service life of the machine.

Protects the sanding pad and workpiece

Sand safely against abutting edges without the risk of kickback with the Festool PROTECTOR – in three sizes for various angles and window frames.

Unbeatable in a team: The ROTEX RO 90 DX geared eccentric sander and the CTL SYS Systainer extractor. The RO 90 DX produces perfect surfaces, and the efficient dust extraction with the Jetstream principle transports the dust directly to the CTL SYS. The appliance socket with automatic switch-on/off activates the CTL SYS as soon as you start up the connected RO 90.
