The Fluke TL175E TwistGuard™ Test Leads offer adjustable length test tips for use in different measurement environments and also includes 4mm lantern tips that thread on the lead tip. By simply twisting the test lead the user can change the exposed probe tip length from 19 mm to 4 mm. Review the Fluke TL175E data sheet for all technical specifications.

  • The Fluke TL175E TwistGuard™ Test Leads includes removable 4mm lantern tips that thread onto the lead tip.
  • Patented TwistGuard™ extendable tip to reduce tip exposure.
  • New WearGuard™ lead wire wear indicator which indicates lead damage with high contrast colour.
  • Double insulated silicone leads to withstand high temperatures and remain flexible in cold temperatures.
  • Extra-heavy strain relief on both probe-end and plug-end tested beyond 30,000 bends without failure.
  • Universal input plugs compatible with all instruments that accept standard 4 mm shrouded banana plugs.
  • Probes always show correct category rating for tip exposure being used.
  • Conforms to EN61010-031.
  • Saftey rated for CAT II 1000 V, CAT III 1000 V, and CAT IV 600 V.

To prevent electric shock or personal injury:

  • DO NOT USE above maximum ratings.
  • Do not use the TL175 or TP175 test probes in CAT III or CAT IV environments without the probe tip fully extended and the correct category rating visible in the window.
  • If this product is used in a manner not specified by the instructions, the protection may be impaired. Replace leads that have the inner contrasting colour of the wire exposed, or that show high resistance.
  • When used with instruments or other accessories, the lowest category rating of the combination applies. One exception is when the probe is used with the AC172 or AC175.
  • Clean with a soft towel moistened with water and mild detergent. DO NOT IMMERSE in liquid.
  • Make sure test leads are firmly connected to the instrument and other accessories.
  • DO NOT USE in wet or damp locations.
