  5. Product/s will be inspected on arrival at Top Dog Tool Shop. Only product/s which meet the above requirements will be refunded.
  6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements
  7. Refund will be in the form of an EFT or Top Dog Tool Shop Voucher. No cash refund option available
  8. Refund will take place within 48 hours of approval of the return.

18V Cordless Band Saw.

The HIKOKI 18V Cordless Band Saw CB18DBL has a well-balanced design for excellent manoeuvrability. It is capable of cutting max. ø83mm workpieces with a 900mm blade and ø108mm saw wheels.

 

FEATURES
  • Variable speed control (80 – 195 m/min) allows for setting the blade speed to suit the work material, resulting in prolonged life of the band saw blade even when it is used for cutting stainless steel pipe.
  • Ideally positioned handle near the centre of gravity of the tool body.
  • Well-balanced weight with the battery positioned on one side of the tool body and the motor on the opposite side.
  • Dual mode settings: Standard Mode or AUTO Mode is selectable depending on the application.
    • Standard Mode: The blade speed can be set freely from 80m/min to 195m/min.
    • AUTO Mode: Depending on the workload, the blade speed is automatically switched between 120m/min and 195m/min.
  • AUTO Mode reduces noise and battery power consumption by lowering the blade speed at no load.
  • Compatible with both 18V and 14.4V Lithium-ion batteries.
  • LED light illuminates the blade edge or work material in dark areas.
  • Quick blade replacement, easy to replace / tension the band saw blade.
  • Guide plate protrusion adjustment from 20mm to 45mm to match the work material width.
