  2. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop must be unused and in brand new condition
  3. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop must be in original packaging & all original contents must be in the box
  4. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop will be at the purchaser/owners expense
  5. Product/s will be inspected on arrival at Top Dog Tool Shop. Only product/s which meet the above requirements will be refunded.
  6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements
  7. Refund will be in the form of an EFT or Top Dog Tool Shop Voucher. No cash refund option available
  8. Refund will take place within 48 hours of approval of the return.
  9. If the plug has been changed on the tool or charger, the tool cannot be returned

Product Warranty

1) Warranty:

King Tony offers a Life Time Guarantee of the Tool.

  • This “Life-Time” may range from 6-12 years depending on the product in question.
  • Anything after this time period will be deemed fair wear and tear of the product.

 

King Tony offers a 6-Month Guarantee on items that are deemed to have moveable parts.

  • These items include, but are not limited to, ratchets, torque wrenches, torque multipliers & so forth.
  • Should a fault occur before this initial 6-Month period, they will inspect and repair the unit free of charge, should it be deemed no abuse of the unit took place.
  • Should any of these items incur any faults after the initial 6-month period, these will be repaired – at cost – and not replaced.
  • A quotation will first be supplied for authorisation before any repairs are carried out.

 

2) Calibration:

King Tony recommends that a yearly Calibration be carried out.

  • Should you not require a certificate, they are able to do onsite calibration.
  • Should certification be required, King Tony has trusted partners that they work with, who offer this service.
  • Please note that this does come with a cost for your account.
