Description
Now even better: KNIPEX pliers wrench with a length of 300 mm – grips widths across flats of up to a diameter of 68 mm (2 1/2″).
The Knipex Water Pump Plier Wrench 8601300SB combines pliers and a wrench, for a real all-rounder and vital part of any tool case.
This pliers wrench is a game-changer, replacing an entire set of wrenches in both metric and imperial measurements. Notably, the new 300mm model is around 80g lighter than its predecessor, making it more agile and efficient. Furthermore, it can grip widths up to 68mm (2 1/2″), thanks to its adjustable jaws.
In addition, two practical laser-cut scales enable quick and easy pre-adjustment to the required width, with metric measurements on the front and imperial on the rear. The push-button adjustment feature allows for rapid and reliable setting of the gripping jaws. Moreover, the smooth, parallel jaws ensure gentle handling of sensitive surfaces, such as fittings, without causing damage.
Another key benefit is that the pliers wrench doesn’t need to be removed when loosening or tightening nuts, as it allows for ratcheting action. Beyond its primary function, this tool can also serve as a mobile vice, leveraging its high transmission ratio of 1:10 to amplify manual force for safely holding, gripping, pressing, or bending workpieces. Whether pre-adjusting using the scale or adjusting directly on the workpiece, this pliers wrench offers versatility and convenience.
