The Leister WELDPLAST 605 Hand Extruder is the largest extruder from Leister.

The WELDPLAST 605 hand extruder is designed to meet the needs of civil engineering contractors, offering a high output of 6 kg/h and a long, slim design that facilitates large-scale projects. Moreover, its powerful performance makes it perfectly suited for welding geomembranes made of PE, commonly used in mines, landfills, and water reservoirs.

Notably, the WELDPLAST 605 features numerous positive attributes, including a specific screw with two-zone heating, designed for extrusion welding on geomembranes. Furthermore, various preheating nozzles ensure optimum heating of the welding zone. Additionally, the well-balanced bow handle allows for different grip positions, making it easy to carry and transport.

The Leister WELDPLAST 605 Hand Extruder also boasts a range of innovative features, including a welding rod intake on both sides, brushless drive and blower motors, and an LED light that illuminates the welding area.
