Cutting perfect circles has never been easier than when using the OLFA Compass Cutter With Rotary Blade CMP-3. Easy on the wrist, this rotary cutter has a patented ratchet-dial handle to prevent uncomfortable twisting or strain on the wrist. This OLFA rotary circle cutter is also easy to use. Simply adjust the pivot-point to the desired size, between 1-1/2-inch to 8-3/4-inch, insert the pivot point into the material/mat, hold the thick base of the ratchet handle, and rotate the blade clockwise with firm pressure.

The ratchet-action of the handle allows you to cut effortlessly using a “stirring the soup” motion with your hand. This is one of the best rotary cutters for artists. When used as a quilting tool or for fabric cutting, the ease of use of the device prevents uncomfortable wrist strain.

For safety, the device comes with a built-in blade cover and a plastic pivot-point guard to use while not in use. A great value, the device comes preloaded with an OLFA 18mm Stainless Steel Rotary Blade to start cutting perfect circles right away.
