Description
Efficient glass cleaning.
The Olfa Glass Scraper GSR-1/3 consists of PP resin, which is common with the X-design cutter knives, provides enhanced durability and high acetone-resistance.
This scraper features a solid, thin stainless steel blade holding plate, allowing for a handle that’s kept as thin as possible – its thickest part is only 7mm-thick. Additionally, the threads on the handle and blade cover provide a perfect grip for users.
What’s more, the stainless steel blade is ideal for use with dishwashing liquid or dish bleach, and it’s firmly fixed in the holder. Notably, blade exchange is tool-free, making it easy to switch blades.
For added safety, the blade holder is designed to securely hold the blade, and the safety blade cover is adjustable for a perfect handle fit, depending on scraping circumstances. When needed, you can detach it for a thinner grip.
To get a grip, there are several ways to hold the tool. The big hole in the handle and curved forms on the sides allow for choosing a perfect grip, and the blade cover moves back and forth for a better position. If desired, you can detach it for more flexibility.
To exchange blades, simply loosen the screw and slide down the blade holding plate to free the wedged blade. No tools are necessary for blade replacement. If the plate doesn’t come down easily, tap the far side lightly to dislodge it.
