The Optimum OPTIturn Vario Bench Lathe TU2807VB with feed gear and electronically adjustable speed for the demanding user.

This precision machine enables precise processing, thanks to its powerful, maintenance-free engine. Moreover, the heavily ribbed prism bed, made of gray cast iron, is inductively hardened and precision ground, providing a solid foundation. Additionally, the smooth-running feed gear features rounded gears running in an oil bath, ensuring seamless operation.

Furthermore, the hardened and ground Z-axis guideway guarantees exceptional accuracy. Notably, the machine boasts guaranteed concentricity of the spindle nose better than 0.009 mm, while the lathe chuck offers concentricity better than 0.04 mm. The automatic longitudinal/lead screw drive enables efficient thread cutting or automatic longitudinal turning.

In addition, the Optimum OPTIturn Vario Bench Lathe TU2807VB features a quadruple tool holder, allowing for increased productivity. The guides can be adjusted by wedge strips, providing flexibility and precision. Moreover, the control panel allows for switchable right/left rotation, catering to various machining requirements.
