MAGNETIC DRILL OPERATION TIPS

• Always wear proper safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Ensure the machine is switched off and unplugged from the power supply when changing or adjusting the cutting bits.
• During machine operation the cutters and drill bits must be lubricated and cooled with a suitable cutting fluid.
• Ensure the surface where the machine will be placed on is level, rust free and clean of any varnish or paint.
• Do not try and use the magnetic drill on a non-magnetic surface.
• Do not use the magnetic drill on a structure where welding is in progress, as it could cause damage to the machine.
• Always use core drill bits with a pilot pin.
