POWER TOOL SAFETY TIPS
- Wheel types: compatible with 115 mm cutting/grinding discs, flap discs, wire cups/brushes (M14 thread).
- Best practice: let the wheel reach full speed before contacting the work; don’t stall the motor—use light, sweeping passes.
- Runtime tip: use thinner cut-off wheels for longer cuts per charge; keep discs true and un-wobbled.
- Charging: standard charger included; charge the spare while you work for near-continuous use.
- Storage: remove battery, brush dust off vents, and store the kit dry and clean.
- Wear eye/face protection, hearing protection and gloves; use a respirator on dusty jobs.
- Check disc rating (rpm & type) and fit guard correctly before use.
- Do not use damaged or dropped wheels. Run up to speed in a safe area before cutting.
- Let the tool stop fully before placing it down; remove the battery during wheel changes.
- Use the side handle and maintain a firm stance; beware of kickback and bind-ups.
