  5. Product/s will be inspected on arrival at Top Dog Tool Shop. Only product/s which meet the above requirements will be refunded.
  6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements
  7. Refund will be in the form of an EFT or Top Dog Tool Shop Voucher. No cash refund option available
  8. Refund will take place within 48 hours of approval of the return.
  9. If the plug has been changed on the tool or charger, the tool cannot be returned

INSERTING OR REMOVING THE BATTERY
  • To install: Push and slide the battery pack into the battery port, make sure the release latch on the rear of the battery snaps into place, and the battery is secure before beginning operation.
  • To remove: Press the battery release latch and pull the battery pack out at the same time.
