The Knipex 02 06 180 high leverage combination pliers offer excellent results with minimal effort, thanks to their high force transmission. Consequently, they are ideal for gripping flat and round parts in various applications, particularly in the electrical industry. Moreover, their short, serrated gripping jaws enable a firm hold on flat workpieces, while the oval burner port securely holds and rotates round and half-round objects.

Furthermore, the favourable transmission ratio of these pliers allows technicians to apply most of their hand power on the object, rather than on the tool. This proves especially beneficial when cutting, as the pliers can effortlessly cut through busbars, copper cables, and even piano wire. Additionally, the cutting edges and gripping surfaces are strategically positioned to maximize force, enabling the pliers to cut through multi-strand copper cables up to Ø 11.5 mm and hard wire up to Ø 2.5 mm.
