Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is valid for 90 days from date of invoice
2. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop must be unused and in brand new condition
3. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop must be in original packaging & all original contents must be in the box
4. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop will be at the purchaser/owners expense
5. Product/s will be inspected on arrival at Top Dog Tool Shop. Only product/s which meet the above requirements will be refunded.
6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements
7. Refund will be in the form of an EFT or Top Dog Tool Shop Voucher. No cash refund option available
8. Refund will take place within 48 hours of approval of the return.
9. If the plug has been changed on the tool or charger, the tool cannot be returned
10. This offer is only valid for product/s purchased from Top Dog Tool Shop
11. Not applicable to special order/imported products

Any order under R1500 will be charged R175 for delivery
