  5. Product/s will be inspected on arrival at Top Dog Tool Shop. Only product/s which meet the above requirements will be refunded.
  6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements
  7. Refund will be in the form of an EFT or Top Dog Tool Shop Voucher. No cash refund option available
  8. Refund will take place within 48 hours of approval of the return.

The OPTIMUM OPTIturn TH 3309 Spindle Lathe is fully equipped with a hardened and ground Z-axis guideway.

  • Guaranteed concentricity of the spindle nose ≤ 0.015 mm.
  • Lead screw cover.
  • All guides can be adjusted using gibs.
  • Right/left rotation switchable on the bed slide.
  • Two-channel safety electronics.
  • DC 24 V electrics with a two-channel safety circuit in accordance with EN 23125.
  • Switch with life cycle calculation tested according to EN ISO 13849.
  • Gear wheels smooth-running, hardened and ground.
  • The main spindle runs in an oil bath.
  • Upper slide adjustment range ± 90°.
  • LED machine lamp integrated in chip guard.
  • Handwheels with adjustable fine scaling 0.04 / 0.02 mm.
  • Handwheels decoupled and tested according to EN 23125.
  • Safety handwheels with disengagement function in the X- and Z-axis.
  • Heavily ribbed prism bed, induction hardened and precision ground.
  • Tailstock adjustable ± 10 mm for taper turning.
