The Optimum OPTI Milling Machine MB4 is a precision drilling milling machine.
The motor is activated by moving the quill lever down, initiating the drilling process. As the operation progresses, when the set depth is reached, the direction of rotation of the spindle is automatically reversed. Consequently, the machine tap begins to turn out of the workpiece again.
Finally, when the quill is retracted completely to the switching point, the rotation of the spindle comes to a stop, completing the cycle.
The control panel is designed for ease of use, featuring an emergency stop impact switch for rapid shutdown. Additionally, a selector switch allows for easy adjustment of the direction of rotation.
Furthermore, the tapping function enables efficient drilling operations, with speed changes easily accessible via a gear selector switch on the front windscreen. Moreover, the adjustable height of the machine accommodates various workpiece sizes.
