  6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements

Guide and traction spindle lathe.

The Optimum OPTIturn Lathe TM3310D convinces by stable construction and easy handling. With digital position indicator DPA 31 Plus.

The machine features a hardened and ground Z-axis guideway, ensuring smooth movement and precise control. Moreover, the precisely machined carriage provides additional stability and accuracy.

Furthermore, the machine’s DC 24-volt electrics guarantee reliable operation, while the motor protection switch ensures safe shutdown in case of an emergency. Additionally, the main motor is electrically braked, providing rapid stopping.

Notably, the Optimum OPTIturn Lathe TM3310D boasts guaranteed concentricity of the spindle nose better than 0.015 mm, ensuring precise drilling results. Moreover, the smooth-running feed gear features rounded gears running in an oil bath, minimizing friction and wear.

In addition, the hardened main spindle is mounted in adjustable, precise tapered roller bearings, providing optimal support and stability. Finally, the right/left rotation switchable on the bed slide allows for flexible operation and adaptability.
