  6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements

OPTIturn TH 4210D.

The Optimum OPTIturn Lathe TH4210D is a precise machine with digital position indicator DPA 31Plus – sophisticated technology, complete equipment, easy to operate.

The Optimum OPTIturn Lathe TH4210D has a robust design which is evident in its hardened and ground Z-axis guideway, which ensures exceptional accuracy. Moreover, the spindle nose boasts guaranteed concentricity better than 0.015 mm, providing precise machining capabilities. Additionally, the spindle holder features a Camlock DIN ISO 702-2 No. 6, ensuring secure and reliable operation.

Furthermore, the lead screw cover protects the lead screw, while the precisely machined slide enables smooth movement. All guides can be adjusted using wedge strips, providing flexibility and precision. Notably, the machine offers switchable right/left rotation on the bed slide, easily accessible via the spindle switching mechanism. Moreover, the two-channel safety electronics provide an additional layer of protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

  • Smooth-running gear wheels, hardened and ground with 2 adjustable precision tapered roller bearings.

  • All metric pitches in the range from 0.2 to 14 mm/rev and all inch threads in the range from 72 – 2 threads per inch can be adjusted without replacing the change gears using the switch lever in the control panel.
  • Handwheels with adjustable fine scaling 0.04 / 0.02 mm.
  • Safety handwheels with disengagement function according to EN23125 in the X- and Z-axis.
  • In addition, the machine’s heavily ribbed prism bed, induction-hardened and precision-ground from gray cast iron.
  • Coolant system with separate coolant tank with level indicator and oil separator; easy and complete emptying and cleaning in accordance with DIN.
  • Substructure and machine bed cast in one piece from Meehanite cast iron.
  • Emergency stop device with foot actuation.
  • Quadruple steel holder.
