  3. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop must be in original packaging & all original contents must be in the box
  4. Product/s returned to Top Dog Tool Shop will be at the purchaser/owners expense
  5. Product/s will be inspected on arrival at Top Dog Tool Shop. Only product/s which meet the above requirements will be refunded.
  6. Product/s which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the owner at the owners expense (courier costs). Top Dog Tool Shop will not accept products which do not meet the above requirements
  7. Refund will be in the form of an EFT or Top Dog Tool Shop Voucher. No cash refund option available
  8. Refund will take place within 48 hours of approval of the return.
  9. If the plug has been changed on the tool or charger, the tool cannot be returned

The objective of polishing is to remove imperfections in the clear coat that cause the paint to look dull. Surface imperfections can include swirls, scratches, water spots, etchings, industrial fallout, oxidation, etc.
